2. Qué datos tratamos, para qué y con qué base

Este sitio no tiene formularios, cuentas de usuario, analítica ni publicidad. Solo se tratan datos en estos casos:

a) Consultas y encargos por correo electrónico o Instagram

• Datos: nombre o usuario, correo electrónico, contenido del mensaje y los archivos o fotos de referencia que envíes; y, si se concreta un encargo, los datos necesarios de entrega y facturación.
• Finalidad: atender tu consulta, elaborar presupuestos y, en su caso, realizar y entregar el encargo.
• Base jurídica: aplicación de medidas precontractuales a petición tuya y ejecución del contrato (art. 6.1.b RGPD); atender tu solicitud (art. 6.1.f); y obligaciones legales, como las fiscales, cuando proceda (art. 6.1.c).
• Conservación: mientras se atiende la consulta o dura la relación y, después, bloqueados durante los plazos legales de prescripción de posibles responsabilidades. Las consultas que no den lugar a encargo se suprimen cuando dejan de ser necesarias.

b) Datos técnicos de navegación

• Datos: dirección IP, fecha y hora, páginas solicitadas, navegador y sistema operativo, que el proveedor de alojamiento registra al servir la web.
• Finalidad: mantener el funcionamiento y la seguridad del sitio.
• Base jurídica: interés legítimo en la seguridad y el correcto funcionamiento del servicio (art. 6.1.f RGPD).
• Conservación: el periodo breve que establezca el proveedor de alojamiento.

c) Preferencia de idioma

El idioma elegido se guarda únicamente en tu navegador y no se envía a ningún servidor. Más información en la Política de Cookies.

No se elaboran perfiles ni se toman decisiones automatizadas.

3. Destinatarios y proveedores

No se venden ni ceden datos a terceros, salvo obligación legal (por ejemplo, a las Administraciones públicas competentes). Para prestar el servicio intervienen estos proveedores:

• Alojamiento web: Vercel Inc. (EE. UU.) [confirmar al publicar].
• Correo electrónico: [PROVEEDOR DE CORREO].
• Instagram: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., si me escribes por esa vía. Es un responsable independiente y se rige por su propia política.

4. Transferencias internacionales

Algunos de los proveedores anteriores pueden tratar datos fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo (en particular, en EE. UU.). En ese caso, la transferencia se ampara en las garantías previstas en el RGPD, como una decisión de adecuación (Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU.) o cláusulas contractuales tipo. 5. Tus derechos

Puedes ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación del tratamiento y portabilidad, y retirar tu consentimiento cuando se haya prestado, escribiendo a hola@tangerineleather.com con el asunto “Protección de datos” e indicando el derecho que ejerces. Podemos pedirte que acredites tu identidad. Responderemos en el plazo de un mes, ampliable en los casos que prevé el RGPD.

Si consideras que tus derechos no han sido atendidos, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es; C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid).

6. Menores

Este sitio no se dirige a menores de 14 años (edad mínima para consentir en España, art. 7 LOPDGDD) y no recoge conscientemente sus datos. Si eres madre, padre o tutor y crees que un menor nos ha facilitado datos, escríbenos para suprimirlos.

7. Seguridad

Se aplican medidas técnicas y organizativas razonables para proteger los datos (art. 32 RGPD), entre ellas conexión cifrada (HTTPS), cabeceras de seguridad y minimización de datos: solo se piden los necesarios.

2. What data we process, why and on what legal basis

This site has no forms, user accounts, analytics or advertising. Data is processed only in these cases:

a) Enquiries and commissions by email or Instagram

• Data: name or username, email address, the content of your message and any reference files or photos you send; and, if a commission goes ahead, the delivery and invoicing details needed.
• Purpose: answering your enquiry, preparing quotes and, where applicable, making and delivering the commission.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR); handling your request (art. 6.1.f); and legal obligations such as tax rules where they apply (art. 6.1.c).
• Retention: while your enquiry is handled or the relationship lasts and, after that, kept blocked for the statutory limitation periods for possible liabilities. Enquiries that do not lead to a commission are deleted once no longer needed.

b) Technical browsing data

• Data: IP address, date and time, pages requested, browser and operating system, which the hosting provider logs when serving the site.
• Purpose: keeping the site working and secure.
• Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security and proper operation of the service (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Retention: the short period set by the hosting provider.

c) Language preference

The language you choose is stored only in your browser and is not sent to any server. More in the Cookie Policy.

No profiling is carried out and no automated decisions are made.

3. Recipients and providers

Data is not sold or shared with third parties, except where legally required (for example, to the competent public authorities). These providers are involved in delivering the service:

• Web hosting: Vercel Inc. (USA) [confirm when publishing].

5. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent where given, by writing to hola@tangerineleather.com with the subject “Data protection” and stating which right you are exercising. We may ask you to prove your identity. We will reply within one month, extendable in the cases the GDPR provides for.

If you think your rights have not been honoured, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es; C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid) or to the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

6. Children

This site is not aimed at children under 14 (the minimum age to consent in Spain, art. 7 LOPDGDD) and does not knowingly collect their data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

7. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect data (art. 32 GDPR), including an encrypted connection (HTTPS), security headers and data minimisation: only the data needed is requested.

8. Source of the data

The data comes from you, when you write to us. It is not obtained from other sources.
